I believe there are a few things you can do that will greatly improve your day to day life. I recommend the following to all my clients and I also use these tools in my daily life.
Meditation - I find meditation to be the one single tool that, if practiced daily, has tremendous benefits in terms of health and wellbeing. There are many types of meditation, but my favorite is this one.
Journaling - Yet another tool I recommend to almost everyone who comes to my practice. Journaling is a wonderful way to get to know yourself, and to explore your thoughts and habits. If you are having a hard time starting to journal, this is a good way to start.
Videos - Social media often gets a bad rep but some things online can be really educational. This youtube channel is a favorite of mine when it comes to explaining most life issues that everyone wrestles with.
